"Felt a bit limited for the price"
I liked the idea at first, but once I started going through the options, the customization felt limited. I was hoping for more choices with sizes and colors, and some parts seemed like they were basically locked in. For the price, I expected to have more control over how it turned out. I’m always a little wary of getting fooled by nice photos or big promises, and this kind of gave me that feeling. It’s not terrible, just a bit disappointing.

"Arrived safely, just took an extra day"
I ordered from mossenvy.com because my sister had mentioned them before, and overall the delivery experience was decent. The tracking updated normally, but the package showed up a day later than I thought it would. Not a huge deal though, since everything was packed really well and nothing was damaged. I’d still say I’m happy with the order.

"Worth it for the price"
I was a little unsure at first because I’d seen similar moss priced higher elsewhere, so part of me was expecting it to be just okay. But once I saw it, I felt relieved.

The moss looked nice and fresh enough for what I needed, and the price felt fair. I went from being skeptical to actually feeling like I got a decent deal, which was a nice surprise.

Delivery was fine too, nothing dramatic or frustrating. Overall, I’m happy with it and would say it was worth the money...

I really like how clean and relaxing the moss designs look. A few of them do feel kind of similar, but overall they’re really nice to look at

"Looking back on it, the whole install just..."
Looking back on it, the whole install just felt rushed. I remember the installer moving through everything really quickly, and when they left, there was still a mess for me to clean up. Some of the parts didn’t look even either, which bothered me more the longer I looked at it. I wish I hadn’t placed the order.

"Pretty nice moss, I think"
It looks really good and feels surprisingly real to me. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Customer service really wasn’t great"
I reached out expecting at least a little help, but the customer service just wasn’t useful at all. It felt like I was going in circles and not really getting any answers... frustrating overall.
